*I must accompany you on your first visit to the new home builder. Why? Because the builder (aka the seller) will be responsible for paying my commission, not you! They need to know you have a real estate agent representing you. Bringing me on your first visit will make it clear that you are represented. If I'm not with you on that first visit, you may have to go at it alone!
